Who We Are

The Internal Consulting Group (ICG), a project-focused team in Finance and Administrative Services, delivers essential expertise in financial modeling, planning and analysis, cost analysis, project coordination and management, sponsored research budgeting, and process improvement. We partner across the Finance Division and the wider University to plan and execute critical financial, operational, and strategic projects. This approach strengthens internal capabilities and reduces dependence on external consultants or over-reliance on existing University staff.
